Rider Fitness - Done Differently.

We focus so much on getting our horses fit, but what about us?

Having ridden and competed myself and 10+ years experience working with equestrian athletes from happy hackers to International eventers Charlotte Bacon & Charlotte Agnew, I have got to know what it really means to be ‘fit to ride’.

But we do things differently to any standard gym, no tedious gym routines, long slogs on the cardio machines, or trying to work out what you / shouldn’t be doing and what is the best routine for you.

We work around you to create the ultimate partnership between you and your horse. I have developed the perfect formula to boost your riding performance, and have a way you can get ahead for the 2025 season…

How to join us?

Getting involved is easy, no minimum fitness or any fitness experience required.

All of our classes will have cross over benefit to your riding fitness, stamina and balance, however we do also run a rider specific class on Mondays 7:15pm.
