Maverick - Exmoor GOAT
15k | 21k | 42k | 56k Trail Run & Optional Camping
I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS! Heard such great things about this weekend, camping and getting to know more of the trail run community and running with the most incredible views!
Taking place in Exmoor National Park, known for its dramatic coastline and moorland and you can be sure that all four routes of our Exmoor Goat. Steep climbs included, but for the views, so worth it!

I’ve gone for Friday and Saturday camping, plus the 21k run. Rob’s opted for dog sitting and the camping :) Anyone fancy joining the camping and/or the running, come join our event chat for all things camp chat, training & fuelling.
Nuclear Fit - Pairs or Individual
Pairs or Individual Running & Fitness Challenge
Hyrox meets farm fit style competition with 6k of running split between 6 different functional fitness stations including tyre flips, milk urn carries and’ the plough pull’.

Maverick - Peaks Merlin
10k | 28k | 55k | 101k Trail Run
I absolutely LOVE the peaks, but can’t say I have ever run there…yet! Not sure what to expect, but again heard good things about this event.
“The four routes all start in the spectacular Bakewell Showground before taking you out into the National Park were constantly varied and mixed terrain will keep you on your toes. Our four new routes will take you over high moor and down through river valleys. You’ll crisscross over old railways and summit the highest peaks in the park. You’ll join the iconic well-trodden Pennine footpath in parts, and explore lesser-beaten tracks in others. Whilst never being far from a breathtaking view or lung-busting set of stone steps!”

Race to the Stones
50k | 100k Trail Run
Before I say which distance I’ve gone for and you think I have totally lost it - let’s just say this is all in aid on Thames Valley Air Ambulance and their incredible life saving work.
I am tackling the 100k, taking on a the UK's biggest ultramarathon along the ancient Ridgeway, finishing at the 5000-year-old Avebury Standing Stones,
I know I have a few fellow legends with me, but anyone fancy taking on the challenge or even joining us for some of it - we would be so grateful for your support.

Reading 1/2 Marathon
21.1k Road Run
Looking forward to cheering on some of the CF legends take on Reading 1/2 ! Being a fairly flat 1/2 and lots to see, it’s a great way for a first or a PB.

Maverick Hampshire
5k | 16k | 24k Trail Run
Trail running in the picturesque South Downs National Park, exploring the trails around Winchester. Stunning woodland, well marked bridleways, with a few technical descents suitable for all levels of runner.

Maverick New Forest
6k | 15km | 23km Trail Run
I can’t wait for this, running with the New Forest ponies and group pub lunch after!! Join us for a beautiful trail run through the heart of the stunning New Forest National Park’s ancient woodland. A few short inclines but well marked beautiful paths suitable for all levels of runner.

I am taking part in the 16k with Crumble and my little sister, while the boys opted for the 6k. Meg, Oxfordshire’s MRP (Maverick Run Project leader) will also be there and a few of the CF legends.
