  • The original and still my favourite class. Using logs, tyres, stones & ropes for a more rustic, traditional style CountryFit class.

    Improving your fitness, stamina and strength over a series of timed workout stations, set out across the stunning CountryFit field. With easier and more difficult options available this is a class suitable for EVERYone and a great one for beginners.

    Monday @ 6pm

    Thursday @ 7:00pm

  • Build strength, improve technique, and boost stamina with our core functional movements—no gimmicks, just solid training.

    Expect a mix of strength work and cardio bursts to get the heart pumping and the endorphins flowing.

    Perfect for all levels, with scalable options at every station. Whether you're training for HYROX, Turf Games, Tough Mudder, or looking for the perfect cross-training for your next race—this class has you covered!

  • Want to run further, move faster, and have more go in your training? This cardio-focused class is designed to boost your engine with high-energy intervals, light weights, and erg machines—all in a fun, team-style workout.

    Scalable for all levels, it’s the perfect way to build endurance, improve stamina, and push your limits in a supportive, high-energy environment.

  • Short on time? This mood-boosting, endorphin-filled session packs a punch in just 30 minutes!

    Move, sweat, and enjoy the stunning views as you build strength, get your heart pumping, and add some fun to your week.

    With scalable exercises for all levels, this is your quick fix for feeling fitter, stronger, and healthier—in the best way possible!

  • A 45-minute strength-focused class designed to help you build lean muscle and boost functional strength.

    No egos, no intimidation—just structured, scalable weight training for all levels.

    With only 8* spots per session, you'll get focused coaching and priority booking for membership holders.

    Tuesday @ 6:30pm

    Thursday @ 7am

    *limited to 4 in winter months due to training being moved indoors.
